Friday Afternoon Yacht Racing

During select Fridays throughout the year, we enter the boats in the RNZYS harbour series rum races held on Auckland harbour. This is a 2-3 hours experience with the thrill of racing a Whitbread maxi thrown in. We can cater for up to 25 people per boat. We welcome individuals over the age of 13 (under 18s with an adult please) or a complete boat charter for work colleagues or corporate hospitality. From $200 per head.

'One Outstanding' documentary by Larry Keating (Gulf Harbour Yacht Club)

A limited screening of 'One Outstanding', the story of the epic battle between Steinlager2 and Fisher & Paykel in the 1989/90 Whitbread Round the World Yacht Race!

This is particularly special screening location of this film as it tells part of the story of Sir Peter Blake, the founding patron of the Gulf Harbour Yachting Club!

Doors & Bar open 3.30pm

Movie starts at 4.00pm and will finish at 5.00pm

Light Snacks will be available after the movie.

Cash Sales on the door $15 for adults and $10 for youth. All proceeds go towards funding our youth development programmes.
